good gracious me.

Gracious by Carvela

Is that or is that not the definition of shoe porn?

There are no words. Except for maybe, I want.

trending: glitter bomb.

This beats cutting your throat to shreds in an attempt to absorb maximum alcoholic 'goodness'.

Back in April when I was important enough to attend autumn / winter '12 kidswear press days, Bon Point on Marylebone High Street imprints a fond memory. The cutest couture house of them all.

Tucked away under the main store, an impressive set of minature, velvet, dolly dresses, cherry blossom knits and prettified plaid lay before us.

I will save the beauty of the clothes for later; stood before us were those tiny booties in all their glittery glory, glistening sheepishly under every angle of the light. Pink for the girls, silver for the boys. Mesmerized wouldn't be an exaggertaion; they guided the three of ours attention for a good part of the thirty minute guide around the labels upcoming offerings.

And would you look at that; every tom, dick and harry high-fashion and high-street house has only gone and cottoned onto this stroke of genius. Bon Point were on the money and I can only salute them for this.

My favourites:

ModCloth, Christian Louboutin, TOPSHOP, Giuseppe Zanotti

Over and out.

whistle for a hottie.

Chung of course.

Celebrating the hundreth year anniversary of Italian sportswear brand Superga, Alexa joins in the celebrations as the chosen face and feet of the new ad campaign. And why? To increase the brand's presence in the UK and who better to represent the UK's fashion scene than the one and only. Fair play.

Remember this? Was all in aid of this baby..

Could she get any lusher? Nahhh.

The brand has sixty stockists in the UK, specialising in vulcanised pumps and include Manchester's Oi Polloi and Rift Shoes, Chiswick, West London. These are going on the wish list.

Slightly off-topic but all important nontheless; A big up to The MIDWEEK MIXTAPE massive. Representin'. The comedic duo, Ger and Vinay provide your weekly fix of musical musings and general, geuninely laughable banter, every Wednesday 4 - 5pm. Radio One eat yo heart out.

Tune in now. QUICK. GO. Its the last chance for a while.

flatform.

It seems that these bad boys have (literally) been creeping their way into our lives for the past few months. I have to say I am a fan. I caught my first sight of the marmite-esque item back in June 2010 when I was dressing backstage at clothes show London. One of the stylist's many pair of  helping hands, sported the same black pair every other day that week. I was intrigued by them. Literally couldn't take my eyes off them. First impressions conjured up images of those shoes the hospital force you to wear for foot fatalities. Plus memories of my sixteen year old, I love My Chemical Romance, emo phase. Not a good mix. That was dimnished when she teamed them with a simple, sheer-y jumpsuit. They were platforms but flat. How does that even work.

TUK - original creepers

Derek Lam

 Cacharel for opening ceremony

 Doc Martens

However, I do I think the high-street will be reluctant to jump on this bandwagon. A guarenteed case of better late than never.

Fashion innovation at its best. Fashion can be so so disposable. I am as guilty as the next person; if I had three wishes one would sort me out a disposable wardrobe. It is so refreshing to be overwhelmed with pure originality. For a change.

oh jeffrey..

Jeffrey Campbell was supposed to remain out of reach forever but he's only gone and made himself so very available.
Cheers OFFICE.

Not a Lita in sight though. That's probably a good thing.
